EcooGraphix Flexo CTP FL5080 for Label and Corrugated Cardboard Packaging Printing
EcooGraphix Flexo CTP machine is used for Label, trade mark or package Printing. It can expose the Heat corrosive film, Digital relief printing plate (water-wash), Digital flexo plate (water-wash), Digital flexo plate (solvent based), or Thermal PS plate and so on.
The main exposure adopts scanning 12-row imported UVA-LED high energy light source, and the back exposure adopts fixed low energy UVA-LED light source.
It not only has the national patent, but also has been recognized as a high-tech product in Guangdong Province for two consecutive times. The high-energy UVA-LED light source can meet the requirements of flat-top dot and higher precision plate making without nitrogen and film covering. Because of its strong light source penetration, high energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, fast speed, good quality, safety, easy operation, intelligence, and memory of dozens of plate parameters, it is known as the "fool machine" with high intelligence and high quality in the flexographic plate making equipment. The light source has high energy and can be adjusted, which is suitable for any flexographic exposure and plate-making requirements. The light source of this equipment is more than 20 times stronger than the traditional exposure lamp, and the life of the light source is more than 10 times that of the traditional light source. Through the scanning exposure mode, the exposure energy is more uniform, and it does not need to repeatedly lift the machine for operation, which is convenient, fast and safe. This equipment has all the functions above. The main additional function is double-sided exposure. It not only improves the work efficiency, but also avoids the process of turning the plate over, reduces the workload of workers, and more importantly, avoids the damage to the plate when the plate is manually turned over. The equipment is equipped with a side-turning top cover, which mainly avoids strong ultraviolet radiation and dust during operation.
