1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time for ink is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.
2. How long is the quality guarantee period?
Ecoographix ink guarantee 3 years(from the production date); product against light and water
3. What is your normal Payment term?
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.
4. What are your main products ?
Generally, we manage two types of products: prepress equipments and consumables, postpress equipments and consumables. Our category is as below:
1. Prepress machines and consumables, including CTP machine, flexo CTP machine, ink, developer, processor, CTP/CTCP plate and blanket.
2. Postpress equipment, including die cutting machine, automatic punching machine, book binding machine, carton erecting machine, paper cone cup machine, automatic folder gluer.
5. Where is your factory?
Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai.
You are warmly welcomed to visit our factory at any time!
Any kinds of transpotation is workable for us. The nearest departure port is Shanghai port or Ningbo Port.
The equipment is packed in standard wood carton for exporting use with enough protective layers.
