1. What are your main products ?

2. Where is your factory ?
 Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai.

3. What is your warranty for the CTP machines ? Can I know something about your lifetime warranty. 
 Three years' warranty including  all parts, One year for the Processor. Our lifetime warranty is a policy for end user customer who buy machine from us directly and use our plate meanwhile. We will offer lifetime warranty for him until the machine is too old to run any more. That is 10-15 years. It aims to save the customer's cost on maintaining the machine. 
4. What is the Lead Time?
Usually 10-30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.
5. Can you also supply the Workflow and RIP?
Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V12 or founder elecroc.
6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
 Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.
During the conora virus period, we offer free distant online installation. we promise we will make the machine running with 2 weeks after customer received it, of course with the full assistance from the customer and its operation team. 
7. How about the machine upgrading in the future?
For the most machine models, the default setting is 2400 DPI and 150 LPI. But if customers come into high-demanding printing requirements, they can adjust to higher resolution and high LPI. If they want to improve speed, they can buy extra mainboard and lasers and install with the assistance of our technician or local professional engineer.
