4. Structure and Aluminum Bar
The printing blanket normally includes 3 layers as right:
A: a base non-woven fabric or a spun bonded non-woven fabric layer that is assigned to the printing cylinder
B: a soft, highly resilient void-free compressible intermediate rubber layer that has closed gas pores
C: an outer-lying void-free layer of an elastomeric layer that faces toward the printing material

5. Tips
1) Where does a blanket use in printing?
See the image below.
The blanket is used to cover the blanket cylinder
(the intermediate cylinder) in each color unit within the printing machine.
2) How does it work?
Simply speaking, the blanket is to transfer the image from the plate onto paper.
The image is "offset" onto the blanket and then onto the paper.
The blanket creates a smoother image on most types of paper and can print on rough or heavy stocks as well as other media.
Most offset presses use this lithographic method.
6. Packing and Maintenance
Packing
We offer blankets in any size in sheet or in roll as below.
The blankets will be rolled and packed in polymer bags and cartons with enough protective layers.
The customer can decide the content of the backside, usually the logo or size.
From production to delivery, we make every detail very carefully to guarantee good product quality and service to customers.

Maintenance
Clean the blanket with fast volatile organic solvents.
Clean rolls when ink color changing or refilling.
Release the blanket off the cylinder when the printing machine stops for a long time.
New blankets should be stored in a dry and cool place covered with a dark layer.

A: Since the blanket is high value, we do not offer a free sample. But we can offer a favorable discount. It will take 5 days to prepare the sample. If you place a formal bulk order, we will refund the sample fee and courier cost.

A: The freight depends on weight, packing size, and your country or province region, etc.
Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?
