Processless Development on Press Aluminum Thermal CTP Plate for Offset Printing
1.Application

EcooGraphix Ecoo-G is a new, environmentally friendly, development on press CTP plate. It can be run directly on a printing press after imaging, without a need for chemical processing.

2.Characteristic

ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution.
 

3. ECOO-G Technical Features

-Sensitive wavelength (nm): 800-850nm
-Coating color: Light gray
-Sensitivity(my/cm2): 150my/cm2
-Exposure in safe light: White light 1 hour; yellow light 24 hours
-After image contrast: Can be spotted by eyes, but auto punching machine cannot recognize it
-Imaging device: Normal thermal CTP device
-Resolution: 1-99% @ 200lpi (dependent on CTP capability)
-Run-length: 100,000 impressions
-Storage: 12 month (under  recommend environment)
