Background
The printing plate preserving machine is designed for the printing houses who often has reprinted orders. This machine could wash off the ink, coat and dry protection gum on the exposed plate so that the plate could be stored protectively and reused in another printing round. This model uses EPDM roller and Siemens Motor and refined steel material to keep long working life and strong corrosion resistance.
Main performance and function
The ink-cleaning section adopts 5 spray tubes and two sets of brushes for left and right brushing. The brushing force is gentle and does not damage the PS plate. The pressure on the contact surface of the brush and the PS plate is uniform, and the brushing effect is good. The oil stain on the surface of the PS plate is swept away. The ink in the sand mesh can be washed clean. There is no special requirement for cleaning agent, ordinary car wash water can be applied.
Water cleaning section adopts the method of spraying water on both sides and round brush to clean thoroughly. In order to ensure the cleaning effect when the tap water pressure is low, the machine also adds a cleaning water circulation device to ensure that there is still a better cleaning effect when the user's water pressure is low.
The coating section adopts the cyclic coating method, the gum is evenly spread, and the remaining glue is automatically circulated. The protection gum can penetrate into the PS plate sand mesh and can be stored for a long time.
The drying adopts centralized heating and hot air drying to ensure that it can be dried after coating.
The whole machine program is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the control is accurate and reliable. The LCD display shows various working parameters, which are clear at a glance.
According to the degree of oil stains on the plate, the speed of entering the plate, the speed of the cleaning strip brush and the speed of the round brush can be adjusted so that the cleanest and thorough PS plate can be washed out at the fastest speed.
The plate-in table is equipped with grooves to facilitate the cleaning of the right-angled PS plate without destroying the right angle.
All rubber rollers can be taken out and cleaned without tools, and the rubber roller shaft heads have self-lubricating bearings. The transmission part adopts stainless steel bearing double-head support, suitable for 24 hours working environment.
Main configuration
The main electrical components are imported components.
The rubber roller is made of oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, highly elastic rubber.
The plastic box is made of high-quality PVC, with a smooth surface and no oil stains. All parts in the box are made of anti-corrosion materials.
The brush is processed with DuPont elastic hair to ensure strength, elasticity and not easy to scratch the PS plate.
