High Sensitive Aluminum Plate Chemistry Free Negative Plate CTP Plate-- Ecoo-G

Brief introduction

ECOO-G Plus thermal plate is a new environmental-friendly processless plate. ECOO-G plate can be run on press machine directly after CTP exposing, no need of chemistry processing. It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.

Features (Camparing with Sonora)
ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution. Kodak Sonora XP is single layer plate, and its emulsion layer is water-soluble, and can be dissolved into fountain solution.

Q&A for plate products
1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 45-50 days, which can be shorten in emergency cases.

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee collect.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inpecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, developers, ink, blanket and some common fihishing machines are also within our category.

5. Payment term.
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.   

6. Shelf life of this plate? 
Regarding to our ECOO-G plate, normally it has 12 months in standard storage. If the storage is too hot, the shelflife will be shorted to 9 months. 

7. Transpotation?
It can be shipped in general container, frigerator is not necessary.
