1. Application

EcooGraphix ECOO-G is a new, environmentally friendly, Development On Press CTP plate. It can be run directly on a printing press after imaging, without chemical processing.




2. Characteristic

ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution.  



        
3. Structure

 ECOO-G has 2 layers: emulsion layer and protection layer. 
 

The emulsion layer contains cross-link and will be exposed by 800-850nm wave-length light. Almost all thermal CTPs on the market can image the plate. There is water-soluble polymer on the protection layer. This layer is mainly used to protect the emulsion layer from damage.

A: We are very glad to provide some sample for you to test. We usually provide 5-15pieces plates for free, but sincerely hope to get your kind support for the air courier freight. This cost can be returned to you in your first order.

A: The air freight depends on the packing size and weight, and the delivery destination. Or you can arrange the pick-up service from your local agent.

A: You are warmly welcome to visit our factory! Our company is in Hangzhou city, which is about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai.
