ECOO-G thermal processless(chemistry free) plate, can be used on printer directly after imaging without processing

ECOO-G thermal plate is a new environmental-friendly processless plate. ECOO-G plate can be run on press machine directly after CTP exposing, no need of chemistry processing. It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.

Features (Comparing with Sonora)
ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution. Kodak Sonora XP is single layer plate, and its emulsion layer is water-soluble, and can be dissolved into fountain solution.

Run length: 100000 impressions
Suitable for different types of traditional inks and fountain solutions, including alcohol's substitutes as fountain solutions.
Unsuitable to improve run length by baking plates.

Packed in seal and stored by means of preventing from light/moisture, over heat and high humidity.
For thickness 0.15mm, 100 pcs packed togrther to fit a carton.
For thickness from 0.2 mm to 0.4mm, 50 ocas packed in a separate carton.
Recommended conditions: 18ºC-24ºC, 40%-50% RH
Transpotation: Can be shipped to you by sea, air or express, or pick up from our Czech or Canada warehouse.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 30 days, which can be shorten in emergency cases. This plate is produced per 2 months.

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee collect. But customers are asked to pay sample delivery fee.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inspecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, developers, ink, blanket and some common fihishing machines are also within our category.

5. Payment term.
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.   

6. Do you offer sample?
Yes, we offer sample free of charge. But please note we do not cover sample delivery fee.
