Digital Solvent Photopolymer Plate for Flexo Packaging Printing
Flexographic printing has low production cost, flexible process combination, and more importantly, it uses water-based printing ink, which is environmentally friendly green printing. It has advantages that are difficult to match with other types of printing such as ordinary offset printing and gravure printing.
The solvent-coated flexographic plate under the company is independently developed by a professional technical team. The product has different thicknesses such as 3 94mm, 2 84mm, 2 28mm, 1 7mm, and 1 14mm, which are used for sealing packaging, high-end food, tile-shaped cartons. Printing, as well as printing of labels, handbags, beverage packages, books and periodicals, etc. The solvent-washed flexographic plate-digital plate has excellent flexibility, good ink transfer, soft highlight dots and shadow gradients, ensuring bright color reproduction and wide color performance, clear and delicate printing effect, small printing pressure required, and only light printing pressure is needed to obtain stable printing quality, which increases the service life of the plate and improves the overall efficiency of printing operations. It is environmentally friendly, efficient and exquisite. It can be customized according to the different thickness and usage requirements of customers.

ECOO-G thermal CTP plate is a new environmental-friendly processless printing plate. ECOO-G plate can run on press machine directly after CTP exposing, no need chemistry processing. It is double layer plate: emulsion layer is on the aluminum, and protection layer is above emulsion layer.
The emulsion layer is negative photopolymerization /cross-link, can be exposed by 800-850nm wave-length. So all the known thermal CTPs (can expose normal thermal plate) on the market can expose this plate, only set up the exposure parameter to "negative".
The protection layer is water-soluble polymer. It is mainly used to protect the emulsion layer high sensitivity (low exposure energy required), and from damaging as well. Therefore, it is important to keep the plate away from any water, steam or even sweat materials.
ECOO-G plate will be affected by high temperature and high humidity. Recommended shipment and storage condition is 18-25 OC, RH 30-50%.
