Advantages:
-Using a high energy power fiber laser device, at 5080dpi, it only takes 30 minutes to output a full image size of 50inch*80inch plate. It can also allow to increase the productivity by 10% for urgent need. In this way, the customer can meet the deadline of some urgent jobs.
-256 channels independent modulating technology allows the laser to split into 256 channels with control ofeach channel which greatly increase the productivity. The laser spot shape is rectangle type which can deliver amuch better dot quality and performance of image output.
-The H256 laser head use a new high power magnification optical system to achieve a 5080dpi optical resolution.

-At 5080dpi, it can image slant or circular line as fine as15um; for vertical and horizontal line, it can be as fine as5um. Each image pixel is very sharp and clear. This canincrease the color fidelity by 30%.

Difference Between Round Dot AndRectangle Dot:
-When using round dot spot for imaging, the diameter oflight spot size should match of the image dot size. For example, for 5080dpi, the image dot pixel size is 5umx5um which is like a square area. So if using a round light spotsize of 5u diameter, the light cannot expose the fourcorners of square area. In order to ensure the light spotcan expose the full image pixel area, round dot spot diameter need to use larger size which is equivalent to tjediagonal length of the square area. That is 7.07um which is1.414 times of the dot size as shown below.
-5um diameter spot size cannot expose the full square areas while 7um diameter spot size cause unwanted exposureon some areas which over lapping each other, This creates an irregular image with such arc-shaped edge.
-So some optics development fellow try to select theoptimum diameter of light spot instead of using 7.07um diameter size. However, no matter what diameter of dotsize is chosen, there is still some dificiency in quality.
-For rectangle dot shape, it allows development fellows tochoose straightly a 5umx5um size spot which completely expose the full square area as shown below.
