Brief production 

ECOO-V is a negative working low chemical violet CTP plate. It is a specialices plate for violet CTP plate setter and represetns the trends of violet CTP technology. The plate can be applied with low PH finisher duting the washing out treatment. Please kindly find more details in below technical data sheet. 

It can do newspaper printing and commercial printing. The run length is up to 200000 impressions.

Storage

Safelight	For manual handling and platesetting loading, darkroom conditions with G10 safelight is required
Shelf life	12 months, under recommended storage conditions
Transport and storage	Store plates flat in their packaging (un-opened), away from excessive cold, heat or high humidity at  15°C -26°C, with RH between 40 - 70%.

1. It can be washed in low PH value finisher, which streamlines the post-treatment process and reduce the chemical consuption and effluentemittion.
2. no need of mnitor the changes of PH value and minumizes the flunction of plate performance caused by exhaused chemicals and secure stable quality.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 30-45 days. Violet plate is the mainstream plate. Our production takes place each month. 

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee collect.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inpecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, developers, ink, blanket and some common fihishing machines are also within our category.

5. Payment term
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping, or LC.
