Resolution:	1-99% @400lpi or 10u stochastic(dependent on capability of imaging device).

Run-length:	400,000 impressions unbaked. 100,000 impressions for UV ink applications, 1,000,000 plus impressions baked (Dependent upon image resolution, press, press chemical, ink and paper conditions).

Why is double layer thermal CTP plate?
Double lay coating plate allows UV ink, high speed running and super long printing jobs. Customers prefer this plate when they use UV ink and have some long printing jobs. 
If you do not use UV ink, and only deal with short running jobs, we recommend our ECOO-ES, the single layer thermal plate.

Normally 50 pcs are packed together in a carton with wood surroundings. Cartons in same size are packed in a carton with binding and protective layers.
