Product Description

It is a processor machine which is used to wash off the unimages area after the plate is being exposed on CTP machine. So It is not a CTP machine. It is a supporting device to work with CTP machine. 

The CTP plate and CTCP plate are developed under the same procedure. So the machine can handle both. But the developer chemistry in the tank are different. Thermal developer (DV-T) works on thermal plate. CTCP developer(DV-UV) works on CTCP plate. Following is the main technical datas.

1. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
The processor is a simple and very easy machine. Normally we offer free remote guide of installation and operation. 
Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.

2. Can we process a thermal plate and CTCP plate with the same machine?
The CTP plate and CTCP plate are developed under the same procedure. So the machine can handle both. But the developer chemistry in the tank are different. Thermal developer (DV-T) works on thermal plate. CTCP developer(DV-UV) works on CTCP plate.

3. what chemicals are using during the processing? Is there a water recycle in the model?
Plate developer, gum solution. Yes, there is a water recycle in the machine to save water. 

4. Could this processor model work well with our online CTP machines? 
We will require more information to confirm if it  is available with you machine, The important factor is the height of your CTP mahcine's discharge slot above the ground. It works well with the most CTP machine brands.
