1.Application
Rubber blanket, which provides ink transfer during printing, has the characteristics of effective pressure resistance, fast recovery, strong viscosity, and no residue left. Its smooth surface and fabric layer make ink transfer more stable regardless of dot or full plate. The rubber blanket, as a transfer unit, plays an important role in the printing process. Without the rubber blanket, printing cannot be completed.
2. Printing Blanket Type
1) Full air cushion rubber blanket
Suitable for use in high-speed rotary machines, printing machines, and high-speed leaf readers. The best response flexibility. The best stretch resistance and long lifespan. The surface is finely ground, which compensates for poor quality paper and improves printing quality.
2) Air cushion rubber blanket
Consider both full page and branch performance. The surface is a mixture layer, easy to clean, long-term use, and the surface is not easy to leave marks.
3) Three in one rubber blanket
The laminated layer is integrally formed and can withstand the strongest resistance in India; The middle air cushion layer, unlike general rubber blankets that are laminated layer by layer, is prone to bubbles that can cause the product to lose thickness due to printing pressure; There is no need to increase the frequency of replacing the liner paper. The bottom is waterproof and solvent resistant, and will not be uneven due to water absorption, resulting in uneven pressure. The rubber cloth surface is specially treated with charcoal, resistant to large and small plates, and will never produce paper marks due to long printing volume.
4) General grade air cushion rubber blanket
Most suitable for non coated paper printing and cardboard printing. The surface grinding particle size is 6u~8u, which is most suitable for printing on paper with poor local papermaking.
5) Traditional rubber blanket
An economical and practical commercial printing blanket. The surface has good resistance to petroleum, so even if it is cleaned for a long time with solvents such as gasoline, it is not easy to cause glaze discoloration and rubber cloth sticking.
6) UV special rubber blanket
Adding anti UV resin components to the rubber blanket mixture can resist UV rays and prevent the rubber from powdering easily. Quick and responsive, without paper cuts caused by printing on both large and small plates.
7) Localized glossy rubber blanket
Special laminating layer, used for local cutting purposes. At the junction of the cutting layer and the non cutting layer, the hardness is resistant to cutting, the load-bearing capacity is uniform, and the polishing effect is improved. After cutting, tear open without burrs and polish flat.
8) Metal printing 2PSC rubber blanket
A rubber blanket specifically developed for two-piece metal printing. Adopting pre coated self-adhesive adhesive. The gum is evenly distributed without any bubbles. Make the printing pressure more even.
9) Friction resistant rubber blanket
The surface rubber mixture contains high hardness carbon molecules, which greatly improve the friction resistance. Suitable for printed materials with concave and convex surfaces. The rubber surface is not easy to wear and tear, prolonging its service life.
10) Paper cup specific rubber blanket
No bottom canvas layer, moderate softness and hardness, making ink transfer more complete. When laminating double-sided tape, the adhesion is greatly improved (even with cheap double-sided tape), without slipping, which can save expensive double-sided tape expenses.
11) UV self-adhesive rubber blanket
The adhesive viscosity is optimal to prevent tearing and damage to the corners. The rubber surface contains UV resistant resin, which extends its lifespan when used for UV printing.
Self adhesive rubber blanket for report machine: The gray rubber blanket that has been used for a long time in report printing machines. The hardness is relatively soft, and foam adhesive is used for better adhesion. To prevent the glue from softening during storage, please pay attention to humidity and temperature.

How to keep the Printing Blanket?
(1) Rubber blankets should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight to prevent aging and desulfurization. To ensure good air circulation, each rubber blanket should be hung on a lifting rod. If the warehouse is narrow, the rubber cloth should be placed flat without heavy objects. It is best not to roll the rubber blanket into a cylindrical shape when storing it.
(2) Open the packaging of the rubber blanket, remove the protective cover, and carefully inspect whether the rubber blanket is damaged. It is not advisable to directly install the new rubber blanket onto the machine. As the rubber blanket is rolled into a cylindrical shape for packaging, it should be placed flat for a period of time to gradually restore its flatness before it can be used on the machine.
(3) If there are many rubber blankets stacked, they should be stacked face to face or back-to-back, otherwise the fiber patterns on the back of the blanket will affect the flatness of the surface of another blanket.
(4) Do not squeeze the rubber blanket to avoid breaking it or damaging its elasticity. Rubber blankets are sensitive to light, heat, and humid air, which can cause problems such as sticking, skinning, cracking, and hardening on the surface of the rubber blanket.
(5) The warehouse for storing rubber blankets should be ventilated and dry, with a relative humidity of around 70% and a temperature of around 24 ºC. The rubber blankets should not be stored in contact with acids, alkalis, oxidants, or petrochemical products to prevent chemical substances from corroding them.
