    Since the application of PS plates to offset printing in the 1960s, the offset printing plate making process has been using pre press techniques such as photosensitive film making, typesetting, plate exposure, and PS plate development. In order to accelerate plate making speed, reduce intermediate links and dot losses, and improve printing quality, some companies in the United States and Japan began to develop CTP (Computer to Plate) systems and plates in the late 1970s, and formed primary products in the 1980s. After entering the 1990s, CTP technology has developed rapidly and is currently in the stage of promotion and application.

  In the traditional printing industry, the plate making process is tedious and time-consuming, usually requiring the use of photosensitive film and chemicals. After multiple processes such as complex exposure and processing in a dark room, a large amount of wastewater is generated, and the entire process is not only inefficient, but also a burden on the environment. This is why the printing industry has been searching for more efficient and environmentally friendly plate making methods.

After Sales Service

 

Buyer need to prepare before installation:
 

1. Customer should prepare tools:

Lift truck and driver: to unload the machine, truck fork should be 1.5Ton or above capacity, 1.2m or longer arm;
 

1. CTP working environment:

Temperature: 15ºC-30ºC (an air-conditioner is recommended)
Humidity: RH10%-70%, Non-condensing
Atmosphere: No smoke, No corrosive gases, Ash<0.1mg/M3.
Lighting: Natural illumination, no direct sunlight
Floor: The floor should bear the pressure of 500kg/m2. Anti-static floor or tile floor.
Ventilation: natural ventilation
Thermometer and hygrometer (pointer type or digital type) should be kept in the center of the room.
 

1. Power supply:

CTP Ecoosetter Series: single phase, independently grounded, less than 3Ω; 50/60Hz, 4KVA.
An online uninterrupted power supply(UPS) unit is required, and the battery should be able to sustain at least 5 minute alone.
 

1. Other equipment customer should prepare:

Computer: one computer is required to control the CTP. Configuration: I3 or above, 500G or above, Windows 7/8/10, English operation system (US);
Air: separated air-compressor or central air. ≥0.8Mpa, ≥175L/min. If separated air-compressor, the air tank should be ≥30L.

1. What are your main products ?

Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V12.
6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
 Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.
