EcooGraphix Ecoo-G is a new, environmentally friendly, development on press CTP plate.
It can be run directly on a printing press after imaging, without a need for chemical processing.
Characteristic
ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not
integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy
dissolved into the fountain solution.
Recommended application to press procedures of ECOO-G:
1. Clean all the inks on the blanket
2. Start the press machine, apply the water roller, run 30-40 second.
3. Apply the ink rollers 20-30 seconds 4. Apply the paper and start print
Remark: If operate step 2 and 3 longer, paper will be wasted less.
