The flexographic plate making machine consists of the LED high-definition flexographic plate exposure machine and the fully automatic in-line integrated machine for plate washing/drying/de-adhesion/light curing. It can replace imported equipment and be used with CDI equipment to produce various high-resolution flexographic plates.
The LED4260 is the UVA-LED light source flexographic exposure machine. It not only meets the requirements of flat-top dot and high-precision plate making, but also directly utilizes the pure UVA-LED light source, eliminating the need for traditional ultraviolet lamps to complete all main exposure work.
The LED4260 light source has high and adjustable energy and can achieve partial exposure. Suitable for any flexographic exposure plate making requirements, the uniform light source ensures consistent thickness throughout the flexographic plate.
Plate making companies no longer need to rely too much on the experience of exposure technicians to control exposure time. Generally, printing plates with different halftone lines or different image sizes can use the same exposure time in one go. Even a newly trained employee can handle the plate making work.
This exposure machine is not only suitable for CDI digital flexographic plate making, but also the best exposure equipment for producing traditional film flexographic plates.
This equipment can also perform localized reciprocating exposure with extended exposure time according to the needs of the plate material, solving the exposure requirements of plates with particularly high contrast in halftone dots or reversed white text, making it an ideal exposure device for digital or film plate making.
This equipment takes eight rows of imported LED light sources (previously only four rows), resulting in faster exposure times compared to traditional light sources.
This equipment system stores nearly 50 commonly used parameters for flexographic plate making, avoiding the hassle of repeatedly setting exposure parameters when making different flexographic plates. The equipment also features a dimming function, allowing adjustment of the light source energy to meet different plate-making requirements.

6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
