Environmental Friendly Flexo Packing Glue UV Varnish Printing Inks
1.Application
UV varnish is a transparent coating, also called UV varnish. Its function is to spray or roll on the surface of the substrate, and then irradiate it with a UV lamp to convert it from liquid to solid, thereby achieving surface hardening. It is scratch-resistant and scratch-resistant, and the surface looks bright, beautiful, and has a smooth texture.

4.Packing
The normal package is in aluminum can per 5 kg or 25 kg, vacuumed to secure tightly sealing and safe transportation. 6 drums or 12 drums packed in a carton which has partition board to protect and fix each drum from collision. It is standard package with enough protective layers and reasonable design.
5.Certifications
EcooGraphix series Printing Inks have passed the China environmental label product certification (ten central certification), ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental protection system certification, ROHS certification and REACH certification, American ASTM, CPSIA and other related safety testing and certification, and the SONY SGS certification.
6.Tips before ink processing and after processing.
Do not judge the color of ink by the looking into the package only. All inks appear in thick layer n the container darker and dirtier as in the print. You may mistake the black to the blue or red.
You may find bubbles in the ink which is nitrogen mixed in producing to exclude oxidative drying problems. Do not worry, the bubbles will disappear on the rolls of the inking unit and will not lead to printing problems.
During longer print interruptions the rolls have to be cleaned and ink in the ink duct has to been sprayed on with antioxidant.
Remove skin whenever you find in the opened container regardless how small the skin is.
Inks which was mixed with printing aids should not filled backed to the original ink.
