2. Where is your factory located?
Our CTP manufacturing facility is situated in Hangzhou. It is conveniently located, only about 1.5 hours by high-speed train from Shanghai.

3. What is your warranty policy for the CTP machines?
We provide a three-year warranty for the laser head and main spare parts of the CTP machine, and a one-year warranty for the processor.
4. What is the lead time?
The standard lead time is between 10 to 30 days. We will make every effort to meet your specific timeline requirements.
5. Can you also supply the workflow and RIP software?
Yes, we can. We provide Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V9.
6. How do you handle installation and after-sales technical support?
Our engineers will travel to your site to perform the installation and provide necessary operational training. The buyer is responsible for covering the round-trip airfare, service fees, and local accommodation costs for our engineers.
After installation, we offer 7x24 hour technical support to address any questions or issues you may encounter.
