Application

 

    Commonly used, offset printing is a printing technique where an inked image is transferred - or offset - from a CTP aluminum plate to a rubber blanket and then to paper or other materials. We primarily use offset printing for projects that require small type, fine detail, and large quantity templates or labels. Offset printing can be used on a variety of materials that include vinyl stickers, polyester, Tyvek, and paper and produces high image quality. This printing technique is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications.
   EcooSetter T400 is the A2 format computer to plate image laser machine, it can make small format thermal CTP plate by 830nm thermal diodes laser scanning , and the CTP plate is washed and dried by the CTP processor P900. And then the CTP plate is ready to be put on the offset press machine for printing jobs.
