Printing rubber blanket is the core covering material of the transfer roller of the offset printing press. It is made of a composite of rubber coating and fabric substrate. It transfers the printing plate ink to the surface of the paper substrate through indirect lithographic printing.
The sheetfed rubber blanket is also used for UV Varnish coating , for partial reserved coating or full coating.
Differeny offset pring press has different bars on the printing blanket, some are aluminum bars , some are the flat steel sheet.

Before installation, please measure the thickness of blanket for adjusting the press accurately;
During installation, the tension must be uniform. Narrow pads are used to prevent impurities from penetrating. Wrinkles must be eliminated through initial tightening inspection and double-end synchronous tightening. Daily maintenance requires regular cleaning of surface ink impurities. Long-term storage requires protection from light and moisture to delay aging.
After installation, please clean the rubber surface and ready for print;
During the use, please often use the special solvent to clean the rubber surface for extending the useful time.
Q1: Do you offer free sample? How long is the sample time of the shipping? Does the sample fee can be returned?
Since blanket is high value, we did not offer free sample. But we can offer favorable discount. It will take 5 days to prepare sample. If you place formal bulk order, we will refund the sample fee and courier cost.

The freight depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region,etc.
Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?
