We offer 3 year free warranty including all parts, laser and so on. Customers do not need to budget any penny on service and parts for 3 years. Iin addition, as you are using our plates, you will have extended lifetime warranty. This is a huge saving.

3. After sales service, like installation, training? 
Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.

4. About software?
The CTP software is included, but input software is excluded. We can offer copyright RIP. If customer has used CTP machine before, they do not need to buy another RIP.
