1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 30 days. For some emergency case, we can accelarate it up to 20 days.

Ecoographix gurantees 1 year of warranty for processor machine. Anyway, it is a mature and stable machine.

Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.

6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
Our engineer are all English speakers and can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions, we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.
