                                  VLF Digital Photopolymer Flexo Plate Making CTP

  FL4835 takes the unique 1064nm 256CH laser head,which can make screen dot,with 5080dpi resolution. It can reach delicate image and saturated  color.

   Equipment Advantages:
1,Using a high energy power fiber laser device, at 5080dpi,it only takes 30 minutes to output a full image size of
50inchx80inch plate.It can also allow to increase theproductivity by 10% for urgent need. In this way, thecustomer can meet the deadline ofsome urgent jobs.

2, 256 channels independent modulating technology allows the laser to split into 256 channels with control ofeach channel which greatlyincrease the productivity. Thelaserspot shape is rectangle type which can deliver amuch better dot quality and performance of image output.

3,The H256 laser head use a new high power magnificationoptical system to achieve a 5080dpi optical resolution.
At 5080dpi,it can image slant or circular line as fine as15um; forvertical and horizontal line, it can be as fine as 5um, Each image pixel is very sharp and clear. This canincrease the color fidelity by 30%.

4,The Laser head can also support 2540dpi output. lf the requirement of imaging output is not critical, the modeofoutput can be adjusted to double line overlapping exposure which can greatly increase productivity to150%.

5,Voice coil motor device is used for dynamic autofocusfunction. This can ensure accurate focus duringexposure on the non-uniform surface offlexo plate.Double lines and triple lines overlappingfunctions can8,allow the LAMS ablation with the superiorimagequality and efficiencyforflexo plate exposure.

6,Instant temperature monitoring and pre calibration of laser head can make sure the lasere xposure stability and reliability.
This new generation of Light Valve Device can also allow to raise the resolution to 10160dpi, At this super high resolution,the laserspot size is 2.5umx2.5um and canimage 5 or less um lines.
