1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time for each CTP machine is normally 25 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.

2. How long is the warranty period?
Ecoographix gurantees 3 years of warranty. Lifetime warranty will be available as soon as the machine user uses our plate.

3. Is there any certification for your CTP machine?
Yes, All our CTP machines have been certified by SGS and CE.

4. Do you have accompanying plate products to make an easy purchase for some end users?
Yes, we have qualified CTP/CTcP plates at most favourite price. In addition, blanket, ink, developer, processors are also in our business range. 

5. What is your normal Payment term?
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. LC at sight is also acceptable.

6. What are your main products ?

9. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
Our engineer are all English speakers and can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions, we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.  

10.Where is your factory?
Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai.
