1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time for each CTP machine is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.

2. How long is the warranty period?
Ecoographix gurantees 3 years of warranty for laser head and spare parts. 3 years' warranty will be offered when machine users use our plate too.

3. Is there any certification for your CTP machine?
Yes, All our CTP machines have been certified by SGS and CE.

4. Do you have accompanying plate products to make an easy purchase for some end users?
Yes, we have qualified CTP/CTcP plates at most favourite price. In addition, blanket, ink, developer, processors are also in our business range. 

5. What is your normal Payment term?
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.

Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by speed train from Shanghai.
