EcooGraphix CTP Plate Processor for VLF CTP
Regardless of the PS plate or the CTP plate, a processing machine is required for processing the plate after the exposure is completed. EcooGraphix CTP Processor can be used with Offline / Online Thermal CTP or CTCP or UV-CTP platesetters ,such as Kodak ,Screen,Agfa, Creo, Amsky or Cron CTP machines .
1) The excellent overall design ensures the development effect, clear outlets, stable product performance and strong reliability.
2) The development temperature and development time are precisely controlled to meet the washing requirements of various plates and potions, and the application range is wide.
3) The water-saving effect is remarkable. The precise control of the washing time and the scientific design of the spraying method can save 80% of water.
4) Significant energy saving in drying, uniform layout temperature (comparable effect can save 30%)
5) Intelligent replenishment system of developer solution to ensure the development effect and reduce waste.
6) The scientific design of the power, filtration and pipeline layout of the development cycle can effectively inhibit crystallization.
7) Low liquid level alarm, drying and over-temperature self-protection function, safe and reliable.
8) The touch screen man-machine interface is intuitive and easy to understand, making the operation more convenient.
9) The accessories such as rubber roller and brush are easy to fold in half, and have the function of position memory, easy maintenance.
