ECOO-G is High-sensitive Aluminum Chemistry-Free Negative- working thermal CTP plate, which is also known as DOP (develop on press) plate, processless plate. It could be applied on press machine after imaging directly without processing. In this way this plate is popular for being environment-friendly, less cost on water treatment, and higher efficiency in prepress room.

ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 45-50 days, which can be shorten in emergency cases.

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee collect.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inpecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, developers, ink, blanket and some common fihishing machines are also within our category.

5. Payment term.
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.   

6. Shelf life of this plate? 
Regarding to our ECOO-G plate, normally it has 12 months in standard storage room. If the storage is too hot, the shelflife will be shorted to 9 months. 

7. Transpotation/shipment?
It can be shipped in general container, frigerator is not necessary.
