256 laser valve technology and its merits

The 256-channel spatial light modulator technology can generates180-320 channels of small laser beams simultaneously, which breaksthrough the limits of conventional optical fiber technology for CTPand makes output speed twice as fast as the fiber technology. Thistechnology not only realizes rapid plate making, but also dropsdrum speed to 300-500rpm, only 30%-50% ofthe conventionaloptical fiber CTP Thanks to the 256-channel spatial light modulator,the CTP has the advantages of stability, lower energy consumptionand small erosion, etc.

SQUARE DOT IMAGING, FINENESS AND PRECISION 10TIMES IMPROVED

The square dot with sharp edge feature and a rectangular step-shapeddistribution of energy used in 256-channel spatial light modulatortechnology makes the image clearer, 10 times more accurate than 200lpiAM screening and the color saturation is increased by over 21%. Inaddition, AMSKY 256-channel spatial light modulator technology canaccurately match the resolution of the actual file in the circumferencedirection, and adjust the length and width ratio of square dot to achieveperfect variable resolution printing.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time for each CTP machine is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.

Ecoographix gurantees 3 years of warranty for laser head and spare parts. Lifetime warranty also is available in conjunction with our plate.

3. Is there any certification for your CTP machine?
Yes, All our CTP machines have been certified by SGS and CE.

4. Do you have accompanying plate products to make an easy purchase for some end users?

Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.
