Why is double layer thermal CTP plate?

Double lay coating plate allows UV ink, high speed running and super long printing jobs. Customers prefer this plate when they use UV ink and have some long printing jobs. 

If you do not use UV ink, and only deal with short running jobs, we recommend our ECOO-ES, the single layer thermal plate.

1. Can this plate work with UV ink? 
Candy: Yes, it has double emulsion coating, which is UV resistant. The impression is about more than 80000 runlength. 

2. what is the sizes and thickness? 
Candy: The max. width is no wider than 1320mm and no limitation for length. The standard gauge is 0.15mm and 0.30mm. If you need 0.20mm and 0.40mm, the MOQ is 4000 sqm. 

3. What about the production? 
Candy: it is about 30 days after deposit payment. 

4. Do you have better plate than ECOO-ED?
Candy: If you have printing jobs which requires super long runlength, we recommend our ECOO-TSR, which is up to 200000 impressions.
