Product Description

 

      The widespread adoption of Computer-to-Plate (CTP) technology has significantly improved the flexo plate-making efficiency, reducing labor costs by approximately 40% compared to traditional methods.
     By directly outputting graphic and text information onto printing plates, this technology eliminates steps such as film output, development, fixing, and exposure in conventional plate-making processes, thereby minimizing pollution emissions.
   The accompanying digital workflow enables fully automated end-to-end production from design files to plate output, supporting direct output of 1-bit TIFF files with a minimum dot precision of 1%.

    The flexo plate is widely used for flexo plastic packaging,label printing,UV spot coating and so on.
