Double Emultion coating Positive Thermal Plate Model: Ecoo-ED, Workable with UV ink

1. Product specification

ECOO-ED is a double coating positive thermal plate, workable with UV ink, and has more than 100000 impressions. It is workable on all CTP machines whose laser wavelength is 825-830mm. The common gauge is 0.15mm and 0.30mm. If customer requires special gauge like 0.20/0.25/0.40mm, we have a MOQ setting: 4000 sqm. 

We Ecoographix can handle with most sizes which is not exceeding 1280mm in width and mo limitation in length. 

Beside this positive process plate, we also have nagetive negative chemistry-free Thermal plate.

1. How long is the lead time?
The lead time is normally 25 days.

2. Do you offer free plate samples?
Yes, we offer free testing samples maximum 12 pcs for each size but with delivery fee to collect.

3. How do you guarantee stable quality?
There are 3 inpecting procedures: 1, automatic on-line 24h scanning detector; 2, random sampling per 15 mins at the producing line; 3, manually full inspection before packing.

4. Do you have accompanying plate making products to enable one-stand easy purchase for some end users?
Yes. CTP machine, processors, developers, ink, blanket and some common fihishing machines are also within our category.

5. Payment term
Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.
