Thermal Heads Types: Third Party CTP thermal heads in the market

 

Program #1: Customers send us laser head, EcooGraphix fix the head and return the same head to the customer. This is called repair service.
Price ranges in US$6500-US$8500 per repair depending on heads and problems.
Warranty: 1 year for the same problem.
 

Program #2: Customers send us the laser head, EcooGraphix will send back another laser head. This is called head replacement service.
Price: US$11500 per head.
Warranty: 1 year.

 

Logistic: Customer to provide existing laser head photo, model, year of make. Shipment charge paid by customers.

 Two years' Laser Head and main spare parts for the CTPs, One year for the Processor.
What is the Lead Time?
Usually 10-30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.
Can you also supply the Workflow and RIP?
Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V9.
What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
 Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.
